Site Prerequisite for Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98 and Windows 95

We have changed the viewer and have changed the way documents are being viewed.  You will need to download the necessary plug-in.  The NEW plug-in will work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later.   Without the PLUG-IN you will not be able to view scanned documents.

Please do not proceed without installing the plug-in.

If you are a Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98 and Windows 95 user, you will need one. If you do, then please download plug-in and install. If you need any of these products, please click below for downloads.

Plug-In installation instructions

1. Click on "DOWNLOAD PLUGIN NOW"
2. From the "File Download" Windows, choose Save this program to disk and save the SETUP.EXE to your desktop
3. Locate SETUP.EXE from your desktop, and double click it to run the installation.
4. From the DOWNLOAD SUCCESSFUL screen, click on "Install"
5. From the PLUGIN - INSTALLSHIELD WIZARD screen, click on "Next"
6. From the E-FILING PLUG-INS SETUP screen, click on "Next"
7. On the next screen, click on "Next"
8. Upon installation completed, click on "Finish" and reboot your computer.
